Flowers and the new Chanel colours - Flores e as novas cores da Chanel

After travelling a lot while on vacations, I finally arrived home. But not for long, I just had time to organize a few things and I'm travelling again for at least two more weeks (I already have many stuff to post about my vacations and more to come - I'm having a blast and having almost two months of vacations is pretty awesome).

Today I wore this casual outfit and I've tried the Chanel "Paradoxal" on my hands and the Chanel "Rose Confidentiel" on my toes.

I really like both colours, but to be honest I prefer the "Rose Confidentiel", it's so, so lovely. There's been a big fuzz about "Paradoxal" but I think it's not that special and very similar to "Vendetta", although a bit lighter. I don't agree this is the new "Particulière" because even tough I see a little bit of brown, the main colour is definitely purple.

Btw, I already have the September issue of British Vogue yay oh and that notebook if from "Sonia Rykiel pour H&M", isn't it cute?

My headband is from Malababa and the material that they use in the butterfly is the same that Chanel uses in their bags :)

Depois de ter viajado imenso nas últimas semanas, fui a casa durante alguns dias e já parti para outro destino (pelo menos por mais duas semanas). Tenho imensos posts para colocar sobre as minhas férias e vêm mais a caminho. Estou a divertir-me imenso e ter quase dois meses de férias é fantastico!

Hoje apeteceu-me vestir esta camisa com um padrão floral e uns calções (sem dúvida que a minha peça de roupa preferida são calções, pois é raro o dia em que não os visto) e experimentei o verniz "Paradoxal" da Chanel nas unhas das mãos e o "Rose Confidentiel" da Chanel nas unhinhas dos pés lol.

Gosto muito das duas cores, mas sem dúvida que a minha preferida é o "Rose Confidentiel", pois é lindo de morrer. Tem havido muita conversa sobre o "Paradoxal" e em como é o novo "must-have" do momento, mas na realidade agora que experimentei não concordo nada. Para mim é uma versão do "Vendetta" um pouco mais clara e com apenas uma "pitadinha" de castanho. Se esta é a nova versão do "Particulière" então eu sou a Madonna lol

Como foi oferecido obviamente que vou usar ("a cavalo dado não se olha o dente"), mas não o compraria!

É verdade, já tenho a minha Vogue Inglesa de Setembro YAY e o caderninho super fofo que vêm na imagem é da "Sonia Rykiel pour H&M".

A fita que estou a usar é da marca Malababa e a pele da borboleta é feita do mesmo material que a Chanel usa nas suas malas :)

Last week I went to the opening of the "Warhol TV" exhibition, at the Centro Cultural de Belém in Lisbon, and I loved it. I've been a fan of Warhol's work since ever, so I was really happy to receive this invitation! I took a lot of photos, I really mean a lot, but I didn't put it all here, just my favourites and I hope you like it.

A semana passada fui à inaguração da exposição "Warhol TV" no Centro Cultural de Belém e adorei. Sou uma fã do trabalho de Warhol desde sempre e quando recebi o convite fiquei super contente! Tirei milhares de fotografias, mas deixo-vos apenas com algumas das minhas preferidas.

Se estão por Lisboa ou vêm visitar a capital aconselho-vos a irem ao CCB ver esta exposição, pois está excelente.

it's NEW, it's IT, it's SATCHEL - é NOVO, é "IT", é "SATCHEL"

The new "it-bag" of the moment is definitely the Satchel bag. Mulberry started this trend with the "Alexa" bag and now you can find it in every single store. Bellow you can see a few favourites from designer to affordable ones (I already have one from Asos, but it's not in the image because it's already sold out - it cost me around 150 USD).

Sem dúvida que o "it-bag" do momento é o chamado satchel bag. Confesso que não sei o nome em Português daí usar sempre o termo stachel (se souberem digam please) mas uma coisa é certa, faz-me lembrar as malas do meu tempo de escola e é a minha nova paixão. Admito que cedi a esta tendência.

A culpa é da Mulberry que nos deixou "com água na boca" quando criou o "Alexa" bag. Que mais posso eu dizer? A mala é linda, a Alexa é giríssima, enfim é beleza a mais lol. No entanto, como nem todas nós temos dinheiro para comprar uma Mulberry, deixo-vos com algumas versões de designer e outras "ligeiramente" mais baratas. Eu já tenho um da Asos, mas não vem na imagem abaixo, até porque já esgotou e custou cerca de 150 dólares.
