THE DIOR ADDICT EXTREME EVENT IN PARIS – PART III

.

Like I've told you before I was invited by the Maison Christian Dior to attend the exclusive Dior Addict Extreme Event in Paris (check the previews posts). After the Dior Presentation and the Photoshoot at the Maison Christian Dior Haute Couture Atelier, we had lunch at one of the most exclusive brasseries "L'Avenue". I've ordered a delicious shrimp risotto.

Como já vos tinha dito anteriormente, estive no exclusivo Evento Dior Addict Extreme, em Paris, a convite da Maison Christian Dior (vejam os posts anteriores aqui). Depois da Apresentação da colecção e da sessão fotográfica no Atelier de Alta Costura da Maison Christian Dior, fomos almoçar a um restaurante fabuloso, o "L'Avenue" na muito chique Avenue Montaigne. Aqui tive oportunidade de experimentar uma das especialidades desta brasserie, um saboroso risotto de gambas.

After lunch Pépa and I had an appointment at the fabulous Dior Institut. The Institute is really beautiful and so relaxing... when we arrived there, they offered us super comfortable robes and very cute slippers and we went to an antechamber to wait for our turn. We had time to relax on two gorgeous chaise-longues, while they were serving us juice and cookies. Then I went to a private and very well decorated room and had a face treatment (L'Or de Vie), a massage and a make-up session with wonderful beauty products.

Depois do almoço, eu e a Pépa tinhamos uma marcação no Dior Institut. O espaço é lindíssimo e super relaxante... assim que chegámos deram-nos uns robes e uns chinelos super confortáveis e ficámos à espera numa antecâmara a descansar numas lindíssimas chaise-longues a beber sumo de laranja natural e a comer uns bolinhos. Quando chegou a minha vez, fui para uma sala privada e super bem decorada onde fiz um tratamento facial (L'Or de Vie), uma massagem super relaxante e por fim uma sessão de maquilhagem. Tudo com produtos Dior de altíssima qualidade..

One Dior "Secret Garden - Versailles" Teaser

THE DIOR ADDICT EXTREME EVENT IN PARIS (THE OUTFIT) - PART II

Like I've told on my last post, Dior invited us to the launching of its new website at the super exclusive club Silencio. This club was decorated by the famous director David Lynch, and his film "Mulholland Drive" served as inspiration. Since it was forbidden to take photos inside I'll write a post about it soon, because I took some photos when no one was looking with my Samsung Galaxy Note ;) but I still need to upload them.

For now I'll leave you guys with a few outfit photos and also other photos that me, Pépa, Veronica and Valentina took on eachothers rooms lol

Como já vos tinha dito no primeiro post, fazia parte do programa da Dior ir ao lançamento do seu novo website, no clube super exclusivo Silencio, cuja decoração foi feita pelo famoso realizador David Lynch, que para o efeito se inspirou num dos seus filmes mais conhecidos "Mulholland Drive". Como era proibidíssimo fotografar dentro daquele espaço fantástico vou ter que deixar um post dedicado ao mesmo para depois, porque consegui tirar algumas fotos às escondidas com o meu Samsung Galaxy Note ;) só que ainda não fiz o upload das mesmas.

Por agora deixo-vos com algumas fotos do meu outfit e também algumas que eu, a Pépa, a Veronica e a Valentina andámos a tirar nos quartos umas das outras lol.

THE DIOR ADDICT EXTREME EXPERIENCE IN PARIS - PART I

The Maison Christian Dior is pleased to invite you to the launch of the new Dior Addict Extreme in Paris… After reading this I was like “OH MY GOD, is this for real?!” And yes it was. I was not only being invited to go to Paris to enjoy the Dior Addict Extreme experience but also to be part of a photoshoot, to stay at one of the best hotels in Paris, Hôtel Plaza Athénée (the same where they filmed the last two episodes of Sex and the City, where the character Carrie Bradshaw stayed in), to have a beauty treatment at the Dior Institute, to visit the Maison Christian Dior where all happens, to go to one of the best restaurants (L’Avenue) and finally to go to the launch of Dior’s new website at a fabulous and very selected club (Lei Silencio) decorated by David Lynch itself! WOW sometimes dreams come true…

My bff Pépa was invited too, so you can imagine how cool and fun it was for the both of us! They invited top bloggers from all over the world (from Japan to USA) so it was really an honour to receive an invitation like this one.

A Maison Christian Dior tem o prazer de a convidar para o lançamento do novo Dior Addict Extreme em Paris... depois de ler o email só conseguir expressar as seguintes palavras "OHHH MEU DEUS, isto está-me mesmo a acontecer?!" E sim estava a acontecer!

Mas eu não estava apenas a ser convidada para o lançamento do novo Dior Addict Extreme em Paris, estava também a ser convidada para uma sessão fotográfica (no mesmo quarto onde a Kate Moss tirou as fotos da nova campanha), ía ficar alojada num dos melhores hoteis, o Hôtel Plaza Athénée (o mesmo onde filmaram os dois últimos episódios do sexo e a Cidade, onde a super fashion Carrie Bradshaw ficou), a usufruir de um tratamento de beleza no famoso Instituto Dior, a visitar as instalações da Maison Christian Dior onde a "magia acontece", a almoçar num dos melhores restaurantes (o L'Avenue) e finalmente convidada para o lançamento do novo website da Dior, que teve lugar num clube super exclusivo (Lei Silencio) todo decorado pelo famoso realizador David Lynch. Às vezes os sonhos tornam-se mesmo realidade...

A minha grande amiga Pépa também foi convidada, o que tornou esta experiência ainda mais divertida. Sendo um evento internacional, estavam presentes bloggers de topo vindos de todos os cantos do mundo, do Japão aos Estados Unidos, por isso foi sem dúvida uma honra termos sido as únicas portuguesas convidadas.

As soon as we arrived in Paris a driver was waiting for us in a very cool Porsche and he took us to the Dior Salons Couture in Avenue Montaigne, an amazing place, where I had the pleasure of seeing many haute couture collection dresses and also vintage ones! It was quite an experience to see those gorgeous dresses and be able to touch them.

Assim que chegámos a Paris, estava um motorista à nossa espera num Porsche topo de gama brutal que nos levou à "casa mãe" a Maison Christian Dior na Avenue Montaigne, um edifício fabuloso quer por fora, quer por dentro onde tive a oportunidade única de ver "ao vivo" os vestidos de Alta Costura da última colecção, assim como vestidos vintage e poder efectivamente tocar-lhes. Isto pode parecer disparatado para algumas pessoas, mas poder viver esta experiência para uma amante de moda como eu é algo de surreal. Parecia um conto de fadas!

After the presentation of the new Dior Addict Extreme nail polishes and lipsticks - Incognito (nude), Plaza (pink), Lucky (coral pink) and Riviera (orange) - I got a beautiful makeup (the same Kate Moss has in the campaign YAY).

.

Depois da apresentação dos novos batons e vernizes Dior Addict Extreme - Incognito (nude), Plaza (rosa), Lucky (rosa coral) e Riviera (laranja) - fui maquilhada pelos maquilhadores de topo da Dior que me reproduziram a maquilhagem usada pela própria Kate Moss na campanha YAY. Sendo a Kate Moss uma das minhas inspirações, eu estava nas sete quintas haha.
